The 5-Day Program

Practical seamanship combined with a deep development program for sovereign leadership

Typical skill trainings only scratch the surface. We go deeper. At sea, your real leadership behavior is reflected under real conditions. In close quarters, behavioral patterns become immediately apparent – driving genuine, lasting growth.

Day 1: Baseline Assessment: Who am I as a leader?

We map out your personal leadership baseline: Your personality, strengths, values, drivers, as well as friction areas and blind spots.

Why you feel immediate clarity in certain decisions while hesitating in others, why specific conflicts recur in daily routine, and how to navigate them effectively going forward.

Afternoon Sailing Lab:

First role handovers on board. Command language, accountability under real-lab conditions, followed by debriefings that instantly expose behavior patterns.

Day 2: Maturity & Growth: Holding complexity & contradictions

Why friction in growing companies is often a maturity issue rather than a skill problem. How to use self-leadership under pressure as an indicator of maturity and hold complexity without micromanaging.

Afternoon Sailing Lab:

Leading without micromanagement: Holding course with minimal intervention, delegating responsibility clearly, and observing what happens when you let go.

Day 3: Trust & Team Performance: The basis for execution

Systematic analysis of your team using the 5 Dysfunctions. How genuine trust is built or lost, and how to solve performance gaps as clarity and trust issues.

5 Dysfunctions (Patrick Lencioni)

Afternoon Sailing Lab:

Ship maneuvers as a real-time mirror for trust, direct communication, and focus on results. At sea, any ambiguity in leadership is felt instantly.

Day 4: Authentic Connection & Presence

Embody genuine, authentic connection – as the foundation for deep trust and rapid clarity. Through learned methodology, you spot and resolve conflicts at the root, foster mutual empathy, and guide your team on a shared course: noticeably more impactful with far fewer words.
