LEADERSHIP STARTS WITH YOU

At sea, the way you truly lead becomes visible.

When routines fall away and you become part of the crew, your mindset, presence and relationship with responsibility become tangible. This creates personal development that transfers directly into your leadership practice.

THE FIVE-DAY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME

Leadership becomes immediate on board.

Practical seamanship and personal development work together. Situations on board reveal immediately how you communicate under pressure, hand over responsibility, build trust and deal with uncertainty. Every day connects a development theme with the real sailing lab.

Day 1 · Leadership baseline

Day 1: Leadership baseline — Who am I as a leader?

Personality, motives, values and your current organisational system become visible. ID37, the LINC Personality Profiler and VISTEMA create a robust situation map.

Day 2 · Development & maturity

Day 2: Development & maturity — Holding greater complexity

Using Loevinger’s development stages and Ken Wilber’s integral perspective, you reflect on maturity, conflict capability and self-leadership—not as judgement, but as the next step.

Day 3 · Trust & team

Day 3: Trust & team performance — The basis for performance

Trust, productive conflict, commitment and results are explored through Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions and translated into concrete leadership rituals.

Five Dysfunctions · team mapping · ritual design
Day 4 · Authentic presence

Day 4: Authentic connection & presence

Meisner-inspired work sharpens presence, listening and clear communication. You work on difficult messages, feedback and conflict—without losing connection.
