Success is no longer enough
The next position or project no longer provides sufficient direction.
What should shape your next chapter?
For people who have achieved a great deal and sense that career, money and the next position alone are no longer the whole answer.
What has carried you so far has not become wrong. It simply no longer answers every question. New possibilities emerge. Priorities shift. Work, responsibility and personal needs need to be considered together.
The next position or project no longer provides sufficient direction.
Growth, succession, an exit or a new phase of life changes the question of which task is truly yours.
The options are attractive. What is missing is a personal standard by which to distinguish them.
There is no finished plan yet, but your previous self-image no longer describes the entire horizon.
I combine entrepreneurial experience with personal development work and support you in seeing your own situation more clearly.
You develop a differentiated view of what matters now, which influences are at work and which themes are relevant for your next chapter. I listen closely, recognise patterns and use careful, targeted interventions.
From this clearer picture, you gradually derive your own decisions for the next step.
What we can recognise determines which decisions and paths can become conceivable. Transitions therefore do not always feel like progress at first.
Jane Loevinger’s models of ego development serve me as maps: from clear success and role logics through multiple perspectives and ambiguity to systemic and construct-aware views.
Otto Scharmer’s Theory U shapes how I accompany such transitions – and how I move through them myself. From Open Mind to Open Heart to Open Will: opening up to new thoughts, approaches and ideas; sensing more precisely what is moving inside and outside; and becoming ready to release the familiar and allow a next step. Not a method block or a fixed methodology, but a stance that shapes my work.
The right format depends on your situation, your development question and what you want to clarify.

I combine more than 30 years of professional experience with over ten years of self-employed and entrepreneurial work. Before that, I spent many years in corporate environments. Added to this are sound personality work and a sensitivity for what becomes visible between the words.
LINC, ID37 and VISTEMA also reflect stages in my own development over the past 15 years. I therefore know transitions not only from training and mandates, but from personal experience: open questions, changing perspectives and a horizon that expands step by step.
My own LINC and ID37 profiles describe an approach shaped by holistic thinking, openness, innovation, creativity and empathy. A strong independence motive helps me remain an autonomous counterpart when the personal or professional environment has long become part of the existing perspective.
In sparring, I do not impose an interpretation. I work attentively, in measured doses and with targeted interventions – and become clear when a pattern, contradiction or possibility matters for your next chapter.

No. Sparring helps identify the relevant themes, influences and decision criteria.
Your situation and question determine whether personality, motives or a visual situation map is the most useful focus.
No. They provide perspectives and language. Interpretation and decisions remain yours.
Roles, relationships, expectations and future images are arranged spatially and reflected together.
No. It is a professional reflection and clarification process and does not replace psychotherapy or medical treatment.
Both are possible: online or in person by arrangement in Hamburg and Northern Germany.
You do not need a finished plan. Openness to honest reflection is the starting point.
There may already be a concrete decision, or simply a sense that something wants to change. Both are good starting points.
