Our website is hosted by Futris. Contact Form (Tally & Notion Integration)
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the form, including the contact details you provided and the origin domain, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions.
To provide the form and organize incoming inquiries, we use two external service providers:
- Tally: The form functionality is embedded via Tally (Tally BV, Muinkrakerstraat 26, 9000 Ghent, Belgium). Tally processes your data on our behalf on servers within the European Union. For more information, please refer to Tally’s privacy policy at https://tally.so/help/privacy-policy.
- Notion: To efficiently manage and structure incoming leads, data submitted through Tally is automatically transferred to and stored in our database at Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., 2300 Harrison Street, San Francisco, CA 94110, USA). Data transfer to the US is based on standard contractual clauses (EU SCCs) and Notion’s certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective handling of requests submitted to us (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
External Appointment Booking
On our website, we link to Google's appointment booking tool (Google Calendar Appointment Scheduling). Data entered there for appointment scheduling is processed by Google.
